With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Brendan's background covers mortgage and protection advice, accounting and investment banking. This breadth of experience gives him a holistic and analytical perspective that supports his clients in making well-informed decisions.
Brendan specialises in supporting First Time Buyers, helping them make sense of the questions and concerns that arise long before an application is submitted. He provides clear guidance on affordability, credit history, deposit options, family assistance and the various schemes available to First Time Buyers. By bringing clarity to these early decisions, Brendan helps clients feel confident, prepared and fully supported as they move towards their first mortgage application.
Based in North Dorset, Brendan is a proud dad to three children – two grown up and the other catching up fast. Outside of work he’s the lead singer in a local covers band, although he admits “singer” might be a tad generous. He’s also learning to play the guitar and piano.
