Whether you operate as an appointed representative or a self-employed adviser, you retain full economic rights to your client bank, subject to standard regulatory and contractual protections.

In certain circumstances, you may be asked to complete transactional business referred by another adviser. In those cases, the ongoing client relationship remains with the originating adviser.

Advisers may sell or transfer their client bank, subject to regulatory approval and firm processes.
